Adtalem Global Education, the parent company of Ross University School of Medicine that now occupies a substantial portion of the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre, has multi-million-dollar plans for its operations in Barbados, spanning education, tourism, and healthcare.

These plans were shared today with Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley during a meeting with senior officials of the company, including Executive Chairman Lisa Wardell, President of Adtalem Medical and Veterinary Dr. John Danaher, Senior Vice-President Douglas Beck and Chief Executive Officer StephenBeard, at Ilaro Court.

Additionally, the officials also committed to engaging in immediate talks with health officials to map out a path that would allow students of Ross University to assist in the local fight against COVID-19.

Adtalem Global Education is also the parent company of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, Walden University, Chamberlain University and American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, among other institutions.
